Delivery methods

We offer you the guarantee of working with TIPSA for our shipments in the Peninsula; Correos postal service for shipments to the Balearic Islands; UPS and GLS for international shipments.

Delivery times for orders

The delivery time is 24/72 working hours from Monday to Friday.

20 working days from Monday to Friday manufacturing + 24/72 working hours for Monday to Friday shipment for the GOALKEEPER model.

In the event that munichsports.com can not serve any of the items for lack of stock, our customer service will contact you via email within 24/72 business hours Monday through Friday, to communicate it and proceed to reimburse the same. In case of a total out of stock, the corresponding order will be cancelled and the refund will be made; in case of a partial out of stock, the corresponding refund will be made and the available articles will be sent.

Shipping costs

- Spain Peninsular: FLAT TARIFF 3.95 ¤ IN SHIPPING (FREE for orders over 50€).

- Spain Balearic Islands: FULL FEE 5.95€ IN SHIPPING (FREE for orders over 50€).

- International shipping: Depending on the country of destination from 9,95€ to 49,95€.

Customs and taxes

Residents in the European Union.

The prices of the products that are for sale on the web include Value Added Tax (VAT). In case you are a company entitled to VAT exclusion, you must provide us with your VAT number and the relevant certificate.

Residents in non-EU countries.

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT unless they send us the appropriate certificate.

Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes.

Orders destined for non-EU countries are subject to various customs charges and taxes. The payment of these, will correspond to the client.

The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore the sales operations will be understood to be carried out at the address of La Tormenta Perfecta, S.L.U.:

Changes and returns

Merchandise returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt and have been authorized by the company La Tormenta Perfecta S.L.U.. To manage a change of size, change of color (same model) and / or refund of the amount must follow these instructions:

The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary expenses is:

- Send a photo of the defective product to ventas@munichshop.net.
- Indicate the defect of the product.
- Indicate the number and date of the order (essential).

In the event that MUNICH SHOP considers it appropriate, the product will be picked up at your home at no additional cost to the customer. In this case, MUNICH SHOP will contact the customer to indicate how to proceed. MUNICH SHOP will not pay the customer for the shipping costs of defective material that the customer has unilaterally sent without prior authorization.

In the case of return of defective material due to a manufacturing fault, MUNICH SHOP will replace the material with new material or material of the same category.

In the case of return for defective material due to an error in use, MUNICH SHOP will inform the customer in writing of the reason why the claim is not justified and will send the defective product back to the customer (in the event that a collection has been made).

In case of return because the material is not correct (size, color, etc), due to an error by the customer, the customer must pay the return postage or request a change of size and / or color by emailing ventas@munichshop.net

In case of error in the shipment by MUNICH SHOP, it will be picked up by MUNICH SHOP.

Transportation costs

- The transport of the first size change is free (if we do it) and the transport of the rest of size changes has a cost of 4'95€.
- The transport of the first color change (same model) is free (if we do it) and the transport of the rest of color changes has a cost of 4'95€.
- The return transport has a cost of 4'95€.
